We spent years inside the construction industry — writing bills of quantities, running tenders, reviewing variations, walking sites. We saw the same story again and again: a homeowner, spending the largest sum of their life on something they'd never done before, surrounded entirely by people who profited from the build.

Not villains. Just an industry where everyone's incentives quietly point the same way — toward more. More scope, more variations, more spend. Nobody in the room was paid to protect the person paying for it all.

So we built the company we wished every homeowner had on speed dial — the independent expert you call before you call anyone else.

We took a simple, uncompromising position: we would never build, never supply, never take a single dirham of commission from a contractor. Our only income would be the fee our clients pay us — so our only loyalty could ever be to them.

What independence really means

It's easy to say "we're on your side." It's harder to structure a business so that it's actually true. Independence isn't a slogan for us; it's the entire model:
